We charge a late fee of $50 after the 5^th of the month. After that, we charge another $25 after the 15^th of the month.

No, we do not allow early lease terminations.

Yes, there is parking available on site. We offer both garage parking and off-street parking. Garage parking costs $150/month and off-street parking costs $75/month.

Pets are permitted! We love your furry friends. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds and do not allow more than 2 cats or dogs total per unit. Animals that are 25 pounds and under incur a $50 per month, per pet charge. And animals over 50 pounds incur a $100 per month, per pet charge. These charges are in addition you a tenant’s monthly rent.
